Lashana Lynch also delivers a standout performance as Rita Marley, which arguably is one of the highlights of the film. She skillfully portrays Rita‘s significance in both Bob Marley‘s personal life and his musical career. I belive, including more details about Bob Marley’s later days in the film would have enhanced its emotional impact. Witnessing the legendary musician during his final days would have added depth and poignancy to the narrative, allowing viewers to connect with Marley on a more personal level perhaps.

Celebrating Marley‘s humanity invites audiences to appreciate the man behind the myth, flaws and all.
